bandfan25 Full of resolve for darkest dungeons and facing down the hostile world. Music perfect for plunging the depths of mind and matter! Favorite track: What is Left Behind.

Kirk Gauthier The perfect score for your next dungeon crawl, this album is full of twists and turns that will have you checking around each and every corner. Not “haunting” so much as “chilling,” this is dungeon synth you can relax to, or you can use it as the score for your next D&D campaign. Full of life and energy from beginning to end. Favorite track: The Sad Necessity of Swords.

legendaryplacidus One of my all-time favourite albums. It was hard to pick just one track. If I'm having a hard day at work or staving off a panic attack, this never fails to turn things around. Favorite track: Their Map Was Carved Upon a Skull.

about

Secrets hidden beyond shadows.

Forgotten names etched in stone.

Defiance in the face of hate.

The third full-length from Lunar Cult builds upon the narrative and sound of Death Cannot Contain You, combining chiptune and dungeon synth in striking fashion. Interwoven melodies and haunting atmospheres bring to mind days lost spent to dungeon crawling video games and D&D sessions, telling a story of mystery and adventure. As always, the music is intended to be both personal and political, about standing tall in the face of oppression, finding strength and comfort wherever you can.
